These knee wraps are very sturdy. Soft on the skin and doesn't pinch like other wraps. The length of each wrap is long enough and can wrap my knee back and forth over 10 times.

Cons

Spent more time messing with these garbage wraps than working out. Trying to wrap these without it really bunching up behind you knees is a pain.
