Pros
He loves the adjustable straps - and the suspender feel of this brace. The shoulder straps are attached by velcro and can be easily removed if not desired or needed. The only con so far is it rides up a bit when you sit down.
Sizing is accurate for this belt. Perfect for plus size man 6’6’ 250 lbs. Hips are 40 (little bit of a stomache) waist is 33.
Cons
The velcro on this stinks. It just feels all loosey goosey no matter how hard i try to clamp it. While it performed well initially, the brace is no longer usable because the velcro straps around the waist fail to hold.

I made the velcro as tight as i could have and while bending/lifting, it wouldn’t stay put either.
