This is not 100% effective, but helps tremendously. This one replaces a much older one that has had quite a bit of use.

It is very neat looking and fits well under clothing, hardly detectable, if you need it to be. The stays help hold the belt in place over clothes as thin as a tee shirt with no discomfort.

Cons

The size is so small you could market this american doll, the dock loader collection. The back brace is really small and tends to fold when in use. Part of the seam was trashed.
