Pros

Reall supports my back. This one replaces a much older one that has had quite a bit of use. It reminds me of my limitations.

Adjustable straps make it easy to relax or snug the support. For back surgery recovery, not just for weight lifters and movers. No back pain or strain. Two strap system.

The construction on this belt is noticeably more heavy-duty. Wearing this thing is comfortable and it definitely got me more pain free rake time. Will never do any lifting or digging without this belt on.

I wear it without the suspenders, and have no trouble with it staying in place. I like the shoulder straps so it is ease to release the tension on the back support when it isn't needed. The adjustable tabs are what really makes this product stand out.... Read More

Heavily constructed, tuff elastic waist bands and industrial velcro. Velcro holding up fine.

Cons

The dock loader is too big for a 34-in waist. The home depot version has better back support.

With the suspenders you don't have to keep taking it off when not in use.

It is a lot tighter though with the double pull.

2 - it doesn't seem to slip too much, as long as you keep it tight enough (and especially with the shoulder straps).

I'm in shipping and receiving at work and i'm constantly lifting 50 lbs.

Competitiveness

My only problem is that the elastic edging left a thin black stain line on a t-shirt the first time i wore it.
