Pros
Expresso is my favorite flavor but the vanilla is great too. Very flavorful. Love the hint of espresso flavor.
Cons
This is the worst tasting cereal i have ever tasted. The ingredient that supposedly keeps this low carb, tapioca fiber, is not fiber and not low carb. The first taste is amazing but the more you chew the more it tastes like cardboard.

Best keto granola i’ve tried so far, either as cereal or a snack!
Super crunchy, tons of egg white protein with seeds and coconut shavings, and only 97 calories!
I separate them from the rest of the bag as soon as i open it.
Price
Will definitely buy again even though a bit pricey.
And also when i do find it it's too expensive!
It's rather pricey so i won't be able to order it very often.
Wish they’d offer a discount if you purchase more than one bag, but i love it!

But more than that, it's hard to find granola that isn't packed with sugar and oats with no real nutritional benefit.

My only complaint is that the larger chunks come out first and the 34crumbs34 are what youre left with at the end
