Pros

Great fit. Here is one tip that may save you some time.

The pos side from the battery goes to either the disconnect switch or to the unit.

It works as advertised and i really like it. Only minor complaint is when its charging i hear a slight humming does. It actually performs better and is slightly higher rated than my original unit.

Works like it should and easy to install. Haven't installed yet, but looks great. Seems to be working good a few months after install. Switch and outlet boxes have been plastic for decades with minimal problems.

The smart charger is a great feature and keeps my battery charged and maintained perfectly. This was installed in a classic winnebago with both ac/dc systems, a 200ah renogy gel battery and 400w solar system.

Cons

The instructions are cryptic and don't make much sense. I got ripped off. Would not buy this brand again.

This unit fit the bill perfectly and was quite affordable, also.

It seems expensive until you realize it functions as an ac panel, dc panel, and battery charger, all in one.

For a few bucks, you can upgrade the "new" no 120 volt hot buss pd units to again be full featured !

Luckily, i was able to return the item within 30 days for a refund.

Packaging/appearance

I just removed the converter and put it in the old box circuit breaker box, so i didn’t have to re-wire and fit perfect.

Competitiveness

I compared this panel to it's competition and felt this was by far the best choice for the money.

Used this to replace one of another brand that kept breaking.

Also, you have to buy the breakers separately, but you can find them at any home improvement store.
