Pros & Cons
Pros
Sugar stays soft and moist in this air tight container. Comes with its own terracotta disc that you add moisture with. Works great, airtight.
It keeps the brown sugar ready to use and you can see at a glance how much you have.
Cons
Product preservation is my goal and this gadget did not perform as stated. End of life for the container. This container is pretty useless.
Highlights
Quality
I give this a five stars for excellent quality
Great product and lid locks very well and has a tight seal
It made the sugar dry and hardened and difficult to scoop.
Husband dropped and broke first one delivered putting the brown sugar in it, he said just slid away.
Price
They are super expensive, so i buy one only occasionally.
Packaging/appearance
Brown sugar there is sold in such large packages, won't all fit in one container.
Competitiveness
This works better than tortillas, orange rinds and the many other things i tried.
