But on the fourth or fifth time i tried using it the outside layer of silicone on the rolling pin itself which is like a skin on an inner plastic core separated in a couple places from the plastic core so the silicone is loose and the rolling pin is useless

The downfall is that the covering on the roller starts to slide around and starts gathering at one end or the other

I love the silicone surface i love the disks though i would have liked another option for 3mm but mine arrived with bent and stressed plastic tabs on one end so that the screw piece that held the disks in place spun uselessly in the tube rather than loosening or tightening

I returned the rolling pin and will look for something that doesnt have plastic components
