Pros

Good for swollen feet (velcro) needed. Wide (equals 4e or 5e); non-swollen width is d. The velcro is very strong, and he likes the fact that they're adjustable.

Shoe is perfect for my 86 year uncle who has parkinson's disease. Toe box is high enough and can use orthodic foot insert over cushioned insert. Best shoe ever for my situation.

The price is amazing and he's comfy. They support my once mangled foot well. Can certainly be worn outside for a quick trip to the mailbox or something.

Cons

These are cheaply made and somewhat slippery. Very slippery on our hardwood floors.
