The velcro strap is long enough to come all the way across, which has historically been a difficulty of mine when shoes have straps across the top or behind the heel. They are well made and fit well, removeable insoles are plus.

The only reason these didnt get five stars is that the tongue under the velcro strap was ripped about halfway across

I ended up returning these but will be repurchasing the exact same shoe which hopefully will not have the same tearing issue
