After a eek or two of no response, i ended up returning the unit and had to spend $60+ for shipping to return.

I received my unit, and the box had shipping damage (fedx).

Packaging/appearance

It was perfect we used it during the ceremony and for the reception it was perfect.

Unpacked and turned on in 10 minutes.

Our box was badly damaged during shipping, but surprisingly, when we opened the box the product was in perfect working order.

Competitiveness

Wasn't exactly what i thoughtsound not as good as another system i've had from here.
