Pros

The thick mat eases the pain in my hips when i lie on my side. It's super cushiony and i love that! This provides a nice cushion, but also support.

It's easy to fold and stow away. It also folds up perfectly which makes it easy to transport. But i suspect that says more about my balance than the mat quality lol.

Bought this for my daughter for christmas. She loves to do gymnastics and this is perfect for her to practice. Great for my piyo workouts. Can also be used for handstands and tumbling.

Cons

Purple mattress is very firm with little give. Painful to kneel on.
