Pros & Cons
Pros
These work great in my dress shoes for plantar fasciitis. These inserts are thin but very sturdy and does not deformed unlike other which are bulky and make the shoe to be tight fitting.
Cons
Looks like a birkenstock footbed; but is shorter & narrower. The smell is so strong that everyone can smell them from across the house.
Highlights
Quality
I am very pleased with the inserts so far (about 2 weeks).
Just go with the shoes that have these and there's no worry.
