Pros
The thicker cover keeps the battery cover on and stops accidental button touching. The cutouts for the * are perfect. The battery cover has the locking clip which stops all the accidental dismantling.
The fitment is good and snug, not loose. Fits like a glove. Case fits the remote snugly and has good grip.
Simple but super effective. All of the corners of the remote is 100% protected.
Lanyard attachment area is substantial enough to keep the lanyard from ripping free. Since the remote is skinny it tends to go inside my couch often. It feels great in my hand and is easier to find due to the brighter color.

Its not the best feeling silicone sleeve ive used on a shield remote but it gets the job done for a backup remote i hardly ever use

My only complaint is that it caused buttons to be recessed and more difficult to press

I ended up removing the center section of the cover to expose all buttons without being recessed
