Pros & Cons
Pros
This thing is tough and waterproof 100%. Seams are well stitched and grommets secure. This seems to be fairly common and deliberate practice for overseas manufactured items.
Weighs 3-4lbs. Great for camping, but a bit heavy for backpacking. Only downside is it is absolutely massive stowed away.
Grommets installed so that you can enjoy porch mode setup easier with some trekking poles. Comes with functional and easy to use stakes and 6 tie downs. Has nice extras like cord in the stakes for quick pull up and tensioners already on the tie downs ... Read More
Cons
It is more like the texture of a tarpaulin instead of a backpacking rain fly. Grommets are sewn out of place and not uniform.

Light weight, water resistance holds up, we had it up through several storms and were able to continue cooking under the tarp.
First use and we had 5 inches of heavy rain.
Stuff sack came uunseemed after the first use.
Price
I highly recommend it, especially for the price.
I was drawn to this tarp because of the great price.
With the money you'll save from buying this great tarp you'll be able to put more towards a nice underquilt.
Overall, for the price point, its not a bad product.
Packaging/appearance
It packs a little big if you're going ultralight but otherwise absolutely wonderful.
It is heavy- not a good option for back packing but seems reasonable for stationary low environmental impact camping.
Competitiveness
I did replace the stakes with some better tent stakes which worked out much better than what it came with.
