Pros
Replicas of the factory grips on my giant hybrid bike. Great support for palms and wrists. Padding helps reduce the fatigue on your hands.
Cons
Sliding new grips onto a handlebar isn't a lot of fun. They keep moving in and out and rolling around the handle bars.

A little flex to them when you have to grip a little tighter on those wicked downhills ;)really happy with the purchase.
I was expecting junk , but was amazed at the quality, easy to install, no tools necessary.
