No complaints. Works like a tv remote. All the ports light up when in use so that is helpful to know this working.

The plugs you use to connect it to your console are easy to connect, and fit nice and snug. From my experience, it fits a tiny bit loose in the front of the launch ps4 usb ports.

    However i have another external hard drive that i used for my pc long ago so i took the cable from that one and replaced the original cable from the seagate with it

    If you are somebody that has a problem with the external hard drive not connecting try a different cable if you have one laying around or find one at your local store that sells electronics
