It does burn through the paper/tape rather quickly though since it leaves huge margins.

I use it with a 9v adapter that i have laying around.
I love this lable maker over all the other ones i've had!
I bought this to replace a similar 10-year old dymo.
Expecialy the button that allow to make lables for cables.

Once cut it does leave about one inch of unused tape at the beginning and end of the message

It delivers but personally i found better ways to mark my kitchen cabinet just with transparent printing paper and my regular printer and is way cheaper just to compare you can see the photos the 3 on the left with the white labels was with the brother ptouch and the other 3 with the printer

There is quite the space in between the words and blank tape so it feels like a lot of the tape gets wasted

I set the margins to narrow in the settings menu but it still leaves large gaps
