Arrived on time and well packaged in retail packagingnice stainless steel finish so will be easy to cleannice and big stopper that lifted right out of way for fillingendure you wash with boiling soapy water prior to use to remove and residue from the production processmade a full jug of squash with 4 ice cubes in it and to my surprise after 4 hours the cubes had not fully meltedcame with a cleaning brush which will not be used prefer a bottle brushhighly recommended

Looks shiny only entrance was quite narrow

Consequently when i filled it with 12 pint of coffee from my coffee machine it did not keep the coffee hot for very long

Only downside is that top just pushes down and does not screw into place therefore a safety aspect of top bursting open with hot liquid inside as did happen

There are no spillages which normally is the case with thermal products and their awkward caps
