It comes with all the tools to shorten the band and the instructions but there is no pins to connect the strap to the fitbit which means you have to remove the pins from the strap that came with the fitbit and reuse them now im concerned in case they get damaged as it will make 2 straps unusable

Yes removing links from the strap is fiddly and attaching the strap to the fitbit versa 2 is significantly more difficult than attaching a leather or silicon strap but the most serious issue for me is that as is usual with this kind of strap it is likely that the strap will be too loose or too tight depending on the number of links you remove as they are so widely spaced

Only negative would be on the sizing for my wrist taking out a link and it is fairly tight on wrist but if leave it in it is too loose

If my wrist was any smaller this watch would be useless as you can only remove a maximum of 6 links so please beware if you have small wrists
