It works well with the notepads that i have (5. It is sturdy and holds large note pad. The clip board on the front is functional. Both the clipboard and notepad inside are quite handy.

Cons

I purchased this with hopes of it being sturdy, it really isn't. Pockets are too stiff and tight and no give. If i were to pull they'd tear.

Paper inside, not the best quality, but you can replace it with any pad.
