Tried a factory reset a few times to no avail. Has extreme difficulty playing many, many non-blueray dvd's. Headphones also come apart easily and nothing sturdy about them.

The audio from the unit with the dvd inserted is loud enough so there should not be any issues with the other individual hearing the audio
