I have a 2006 ford f150 and i can tell you this about this radio when you go to purchase this universal stereo meaning it will fit in almost every make and model with an installation kit that you will possibly have to cut the installation kit to have the stereo fit into it

This radio is the chinese standard double din size and not the american dd size

The only issue i had with it was the size of the head unit i had to dremel the bezel in my tacoma so the unit would fit

Ran to rear of the truck spliced it together with the red wire ran another section wire up into the driver side reverse light box and spliced into the positive wire ran the ground out to a bolt in the light box

Maybe i need to reformat the ipod with itunes … did that tried again same thing…

One minor annoyance is that if the truck is off so is power to the radio and subsequently power to the iphone
