    I only rated this harness a 4 rather than a 5 because you have to make sure the one leg is in before fastening around the chest or you have to thread the strap through a loop which is difficult with a wiggling puppy

    I purchased for a 3 month old puppy and once i wrestle him into the harness he does not appear to even know it is on
