Pros
Scent is nice, it’s light and not over powering. Sulphate and paraben free. Ewg rating - this is worth it.
The soap is gentle on the skin leaving the moisture in. Cleansing without the heaviness.
Cons
I just wish it didn't come so poorly packaged. Leaves a very annoying residue after rinsing. Refund of $2.

No where to grip and the small nozzle takes forever to get anything out.

I did reach out and amazon was kind enough to refund me for this delivery.
Packaging/appearance
The refillable packages helps to reduce recycling and plastic waste from going into landfills and reduces plastic consumption.
I hope they can further develop a non-plastic packaging
My only complaint is packaging; it might leak when it's shipped, it's a lot of plastic, and it's not the easiest to pour.

Its not drying just kind of a neutral body wash not the most amazing or bad pretty basic
