Pros
It smells great and gets everything squeaky clean. I love that the fragrance is plant derived and not just “natural fragrance.
The 48-ounce size refill is an excellent value for money. I love how easily it is to refill a bottle, not messy. It rinses well and i love that the refill pouches produce less waste in the environment.
My only complaint is there out of stock allot especially the green tea one. Love their clean ingredient list.
I love that my hands no longer are dry and irritated. My hands are a little dry after hand washing my dishes but not too bad. Oh yea it cleans hands too.
Cons
It is nice and well intended but it does not meet either of its objectives. It is not less expensive, and is not ecologically sound.
When using with a sponge, there's no lather. The consistency is too runny. Even when you get enough it rinses off if you get water on it.

Their ingredients are solid and it really does do a good job cleaning and cutting down grease on larger pots and pans.
I’m in the process of switching my household over to nontoxic products a little at a time and this dish soap is a great swap.
This dishwashing soap cuts thru grease and gets my dishes really clean.
Once you get used to this fragrance every other product smells cheap and a bit fake.

You get the best bang for your buck, the scents are great and this is just so convenient!

I had this on subscribe and save but after yesterday’s delivery, i took it off.

I love that it comes in a huge bag that i can just fill up my canister with!
Competitiveness
It cleans my dishes just as effective as leading competitors and so much better for you.
Now i’m comparing to another product i love but can no longer get, but it’s not as good at getting through grease as i had hoped.
With the major brands or store equivalents, they make the stainless steel flatware get corrosion specks on it and changes the color.
