This is only the 2nd time i've cleaned our carpets in 6 yrs. I also use this to clean my mattresses & they come out looking brand new. It too all the stains out and my carpets and upholstery look almost brand new!
This is the best carpet shampoo i have ever used. It works well on kitchen sink stains lol. Ran 1/2 white vinegar to 50 oz water to rinse remaining soap.
I also have grandchildren and my rug is the highlight of our home on our hardwood floors. Finally got an inexpensive upright rug machine and with this cleaner, everything is happy again.
My sweet bulldog uses our couch as a napkin. We have custody of a free-roaming dog down on riverfront property.
Cons
Foamed like crazy and clogged up the machine. Manufacturer tells you to dilute it not because it's too strong but because it will bubble too much and shut your carpet cleaner off prematurely.

For a while i was using the brand that my carpet cleaner machine came with but the scent was so strong it gave me a headache and the carpet was stiff after drying even though i was using the recommended amount

Since it stated that it was very concentrated instead of filling my machines solution tank all the way with the shampoo i filled it with half water half shampoo
