Pros & Cons
Pros
Watkins brand is the best gluten free extract i have found. The anise flavoring is perfect for pizzelle - making. The taste is pure and the fragrance is wonderful!
Cons
Packaging is poor and it is impossible to add just a splash of anise to your food without emptying the entire bottle. The smell and flavor is predominately alcohol and not anise.
