Ive been taking biotin capsules for a long time and swopped to this brand about a month ago these are cheaper than the brand i was using previously and i havent noticed any changes that make me feel they are any less effective

Got this to see if it would help with hair thickness in the strands not the amount of them and nails looking a little rough and brittle

Biotin is recommended to promote hair growth so ill be giving these a try for the next few months its hard to say at this stage if there is any benefits but for the price and the amount of pills you get it is definitely worth a try
