So i would say the service was great and the reason they cant send another dropper is completely understandable

Colour is perhaps a bit cloudy but cant be 100 sure as i dont have a dropper so just guessed from looking at from the top like my first photo

And most importantly the texture is very light yet once you put on your skin its so moisturising
