Pros

B-vitamins are essential for energy production, brain function, and cardiovascular health. I take a lot of caffeine and coffee which depletes b vitamins and this supplement is the *perfect* compliment.

The capsules are small and easy to *. Take on an empty stomach and no nausea. Works within the hour for energy & mental clarity. Normally it takes 2 days to get it all done with a push mower.

They are made with the purest form of b-vitamins available. They're formulated to provide a balance of different b- vitamins.

Cons

I was emailed and told my original review could not be used. The only way to flush it out is to drink a lot of water and if you do so add some electrolytes to your water. If your urine is fluorescent that's a sign of overdosing.
