Pros

Methylcobalamin which is in this pure supplement is the natural version. Other manufacturers use magnesium stearate as a filler agent. Doesn't cause nausea like so many other prenatals.

Cons

This is extremely unprofessional and disregarding to customers. Low in both b12 and folate on a recent blood test. Also gave me nausea.
