Pros
Our nutritionist review this for us and was impressed. The pill thickness is fine and they don't upset my stomach. The only negative is i have to take double to amount to get the same benefits as the omega one and the pills are big.
Pure encapsulation is my go-to supplement company as the quality is unsurpassed. Purest form of fats available without additives.
Cons
The capsules smell very fishy and cause burping. This gives me fish burps, which i've been told is a sign of rancidity. This item causes excessive belching with a fish taste.
Don’t buy this, it’s not useable and not returnable. Completely inedible and un-useable pills.
