Pros

This is my favorite iron vitamin because all others are unnecessarily high dosages. I have iron deficient anemia and these helped stopped the atrocious leg aches and heart palpitations in about a week.

This iron capsule is easy to open and to add to food for people who don't * pills. Very easy to * and is highly digestible. Not too heavy on the iron aftertaste.
