Just started using the b12. All i can say is that it did not disappoint in any sense. Can rave about pure brand, love it, highly recommend. Will reorder from this seller as often as needed.
Only for the reason of insignificant complaints to her. Pills work just as good as injections. It gives me energy and improves my mood.
Easy to * small capsules. Black specs are part of the raw material of the pill. I have a hard time when taking anything, but this is very easy to *.
Cons
My homocysteine level is so much better. Please stop putting any form of cellulose in your products and use easy to digest fillers such as rice flour.

This b12 seemed to do the job but ive since moved onto supplements that have both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin which i think is important
