180 capsules for that price is good.
Everyone should try this because it’s really worth it.
And all at a reasonable price (for the strength)

Having done my research, this had the perfect epa/dha ratio and with astaxanthin to reduce oxidation.
Funnily enough i ended up with another brand temporarily and since going back to these i've noticed better recovery after over training.

I was looking for omega 3 for hearth health which means more epa than dha

Dont know if this was their goal but these seem to have the highest ratio of epa to dha i hope the info is accurate more than 2x as much epa than dha
