Pros

L-methylfolate is known for its amazing benefits to brain and nervous system health. I take these supplements bc my body doesn’t effectively produce enough on its own (thanks cruddy genetics) the dose is moderate but effective.

The top of the bottle was sealed in plastic and there was also a safety seal inside. Methylfolate is a natural version of synthetic folic acid. This is the type of folate you want to take if you have one or more of the mthfr gene variants.

I am lab confirmed folate deficient as i have significant malabsorbtive issues.
