Pros
Ascorbic acid is used by the body to build collagen and maintain cartilage. It's energizing and calming at the same time.
The product includes a small scooping spoon. It tastes citrusy of course but is not overpowering to where you cannot drink it. I throw a scoop in his morning smoothie, and he gets another serving in his golden milk tea.
Cons
The product tastes nothing like frankincense and just like citric acid. It smells and tastes bad. Does not dissolve.
