Pros

Second time purchasing from bestek and again the shipping time was fast and the product is great. It’s great to see sellers who stand behind their products even after the warranty has expired. The product is compact.

Only caveat is that it's a little big and it will occupy two positions on a power strip. No power surges or shortage in outlets. Charges 1 outlet and 2 usb chargers.

Cons

Device sits such that its own weight is leaning away from the wall. It's convenient to travel with but the build quality is bad. Mostly to do with the lever on top to pop out the connection.
