An internet search identifies the witch hazel. It's just wet stinky paper like material that sits on your bags and fools you into thinking that it's working.
This item is not returnable, but it's only $5. Bad reaction to these.

I'm guessing the product has short term results, so i'll definitely be using these often.
The bag is supposed to seal up with the ziplock on the top, but upon traveling with it this past weekend, i found that it leaks a lot.
I have a very short review but satisfied.

Furthermore, the price is unbelievably affordable and it's worth the money.

Only used a few times -- it fills in the crepeiness, the lines.
Competitiveness
At this price, they are worth a try.
Next time, i will find a one-time-use pack, or put this in another ziplock plastic baggie, or just not travel with it at all.

It can be a little hard to separate individual sheet sometimes but its super cheap
