They faintly smell of b complex. I assume this is a side-effect of them being so chemically active. It's a blooming plague.

B vitamins are water soluble and this thing disintegrates when submersed in water

Not to worry it does not happen at a rate that doesnt allow you to swallow it

I am not a doctor but i do know that higher levels or certain b vitamins can cause short term neurological problems like temporary paralysis and uncontrolled motor function

That being said the doses in a single pill seem to be good for a longer term use however upon research if your wanting to use this long term i would not reccomend taking two a day as stated on the bottle

There is one b vitamin that is expelled in urine and gives a almost floresent yellow color when the body has to much of it
