Hyaluronic acid helps your joints, reduce fine lines & wrinkles. I also use a lotion for my face but my keratosis pilaris has never been better under control than on this supplement.
Puritans pride hyaluronic acid 100 mg capsules, 60 count. I take this along with vitamin c 1000 mg, lutein 20 mg, fish oi capsules alternating with every other day flax-seed oil capsules. For me the capsules work.
My sprain has healed. My migraines are reduced too.
