Pros

The price is a winner. Have never been disappointed. A good product with reasonable pricing.

Have always trusted puritan's pride. I have eyes checked yearly and now i always get good marks from my eye doctor. Good eye supplement to maintain eye health.

Cons

Safflower oil has a bad omega-6 to omega-3 ratio as well. If you try and pry one out, they easily break open and leak their contents. Found out the hard way that taking these gave me awful nightmares, night terrors.

Don’t know if they really help but the ingredients does say a lot compared to the other eye vitamins with lutein and the zeaxanthin
