Pros

No topical creams, unless it is coconut oil, have performed as well as the coconut oil capsules. My son has no issue with the size of these capsules, because he can * any size. Easy to *.

Cons

The soft gels are so stuck together that they will not come out of the bottle without digging. And it is not returnable! Easy to * and no flavor.
