Puritan's pride is the best brand out there.
Great price for product that has same or similar ingredients as more costly brands and fancy labels.
I will not trade this for other brand.
Personally i like to alternate with another brand and try to cover all the bases.

Note that they do not have enough calcium and magnesium so you might want an additional tablet to fill that gap

Our food and diet is not as nutritious our environments are more polluted and our life style are more stressed vs a generation ago
