Milk thistle has been extensively studied as a liver healer. Clinically proven in many double blind studies to heal and protect the liver. My alt is now at 18!

Caramel color is bad for gut health. It defeats the purpose of the vitamin. I got really bad stomach ache, nausea and lose bowel.

Low-quality liver health supplements typically include this filler. Not to mention, they contain soybean oil (not great) and contain gelatin.
