I’ve used this supplement for approx a year it promotes healthy skin, muscle endurance, cardio function and healthy circulation.

I stopped taking it for 30 days and the joint pain came back, so i started back on it.

Used the entire bottle, did not see any difference

Helps a great deal when i am low on sleep, following a long night " on call.
