The taste and consistency is amazing and i could not fathom mixing it with anything different than just very cold water. It taste great with just water and mixes well. I mix it in with an adkins vanilla shake with some spinach, or fruit.

Too much chia, sugar, and maybe a dairy based whey protein or probiotic. Only green powder to cause extreme bloating, but no bowel movement. A bit too harsh for my digestive system.
