Pros

It meets all of my vitamin d nutritional needs. A clearer mind and more energy seem to be the most obvious after 3 weeks. One pill for the entire day is much easier.

I swear by this product and it has been a game changer for me. I was prescribed vitamin d by my * for months of an on at a time. A bit pricey but well worth the investment.
