Added the coconut flavor to some lemonade. It's tasty and does the trick. They are delicious and refreshing.

Just squirt it on your water bottle and sip it. If you like coconut water this is a great product for quick hydration and help while on your keto diet. Add a packet to your gym bag or purse and add them to your water on the go.

It is not sweet at all like so many of the electrolyte products out there. There is no artificial sweetener or stevia used in making them. I like that this product is not sugared or overly sweet.

Cons

Mine came sealed but once unsealed had the oddest smell/taste. The taste is very strong and makes it hard to drink.

Since using the lytedrops in conjunction with the biking though, my pain number is reduced to a level of 3 or 4.
